Varicocele and GERD

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Can I cure bilateral varicocele with diet and nutrition. I had bilateral grade 4 for which I took medicines of ayurveda for 1 yr in which my varicocele was about to be cured but a side effect occur in which I had to take medicine for liver dsyfunction for 2 weeks . In my last ultrasound which I got done in January 2021 in which I got 2 grade on left and 1 on right . Now I feel it is coming back and I don't want to take any medicine for that and also my GERD problem appears after the these medicines .
