Avoid to take heavy foods at any one meal time divide it in different short meals. Include more and more salad, 3to 4litr of water intake in a day is must. Gud noon pls share in detail about your lifestyle routine including dietary pattern of daily from morning till night,exercising regularly or not,sleeping time of daily,how much is your water intake per day etc.
