I am following a healthy diet and wants to completely cure my health related issue which is varicocele . Its been found on internet that ginger helps in good circulation of blood and turmeric helps in normalizing the dilated veins . Can you please tell how can i consume these two . Yesterday i boiled a very little piece of ginger and drank with 1 cup size ( Helped a lot and relaxed my mind ) pls tell if it is safe . Secondly I want to know can I consume turmeric same way I consumed ginger . If these two i can take then pls also tell is there any specific time which in which I should intake these two . (Ginger water i took at night) .

I would like to inform that , though these things are good for health, but they are also supposed to be taken under supervision...please take ginger at morning and turmeric at night..for best absorption.
