Vaginal dryness and constipation
I Han a miscarriage in the month of January. After that I am getting regulate periods but after periods my vaginal goes dry and before periods it get normal to the situation but one more problem constipation arise. Its been continuing from last 2 months after miscarriage. Is there any problem with it should i take any medication for this problem?

You are getting your normal periods. That means the ovulation cycle is already re-established. If the dryness is affecting your sexual life then you should use some vaginal lubricants. But if you want to conceive then during your fertile window you should use plain water as a lubricant.

May be after miscarriage you are not back to your normal activities and diet . Have high fibre diet and plenty of fluids and for vaginal dryness you can apply a cream
