There could be many reasons but dryness of skin around private parts and excess use of warm water and soap could be contributory factor. Please visit a gyne to rule out infection especially Fungal and Trichomonas. Use a good medicated pelvic wash instead of soap and keep the skin moisturised. Refrain from repeated waxing much rather use the razor if at all. Drink plenty of water needless to say. Happy winters !
