Vaginal Itching since January 2022.

I got a lots of vaginal itching in last 6 months.it increase during menstruation.First time I got this in January 2022 after that in every month I am getting this..the outer part is okay but inner part of the vagina is very itchy..So as curious, I tested for STD panel where I got HSV IGg index 28 ( positive) and HSV IgM index 0.05..I have no bump like structure outside vagina also...Then I have visited gyno who prescribed me T.Acyclovir 800 mg 5times for 5 days..but the itching does not recovered..Before testing I visited another gynac who treated me with Tab.Fluconazole 150 1 tab per week for 4 weeks and anti fungal cream.Then my itching was somehow corrected but again appears after the menstruation started ..I visited a Dermatologist recently,and Dr is diagnosing it as Scabies.. Dermatologist gave me Tab Albendazole and few Deworming creme..but nothing is working..Now I am confused that It is only Herpes? Or Herpes with Fungal Infection Or it is anything other?
