Vaginal discharge
I am in my 37 week of pregnancy with cervical incompetence I.e13 mm cervix length. Today I had white thick discharge without smell . Can it be the matter of concern .

Go and get the vaginal swab culture done. It might be vaginal candidiasis and needs proper treatment before your delivery.

If the discharge was curd like, its because of infection. If jelly like whitish, then nothing to worry. If u have lower abdominal pain or blood mixed discharge, then go to your doctor

Mam since 37 wks nothing to worry. Discharge can be quite normal in pregnancy.
