White vaginal discharge at 38 weeks
Hello Doctor, I am 38 weeks 4 days pregnant.. I have been facing thin white vaginal discharge since last 2 weeks with mild smell. However, I do not have any itching or burning. Does this mean infection and is it required to use candid cl suppositories? Are they safe at such late pregnancy? Please advise..

Vaginal discharge increases during pregnancy is specifically in the 3rd trimester... it is totally safe to use Candid CL suppositories as they prevent fungal infection... however clinical examination is equally important to rule out early signs of labour

A thin white vaginal discharge may mean leaking ( ruptured water bag). Visit your doctor/ hospital urgently for an assessment
