Pregnancy 37 week placenta grade 4
I got my wife’s diagnostic report for here pregnancy of about 37 weeks 2 days. It’s showing placenta grade IV maturity.

Grade IV placenta is hypermature...your wife needs to keep a very strict count on baby moments...if moments become less she should see her Gynaecologist to get babies heartbeat checked...don't wait till after EDD for delivery

at 37 weeks grade 4 means hypermature placenta..
nothing to worry since she s term..
just that u need to ask her to tk care of movements..
