Hello dear doctors I have uti since 1 year with weakness and flank I took many antibiotics according to urine culture sensitivity but my uti not cure recently 1 dr. Prescribed me azee 500 tablet for 7 days so I want to know can azee 500 work for uti e.coli infection please help

(a) Sonography of the KUB
(b) Cystoscopy.
(c) Further evaluation as per Cystoscopy findings.
There is no point in changing antibiotics empirically.
Urine culture and sensitivity to know to which medicine u r sensitive. So easy to treat.
E coli 8s very notorious it may take more than one year even. So to know to which medicine you r sensitive is utmost important.

Tab meftal spas ds two times a day after food till required. Or sos.
It does help, but frequent UTI is uncommon in males, unless there is some underlying pathology.You can go for cystoscopy and ultrasound.
