UTI or not
I am 12 weeks pregnant. I am attaching my report. Can you please tell me if I have UTI or not? I do not have any symptoms of UTI except pain in my lower abdomen (just below my navel) only while walking. It actually doesn't pain but it's like something is being stretched ( a pull). This causes discomfort while walking. It also pains at times when I try to switch sides while sleeping

Your pus cell count is not high and you are asymptomatic except for lower abdomen pain, which as you mentioned, feels like stretching pain. The pain could be due to hormonal changes in your ligaments. But you also have microorganisms in urine test. That could be a contaminated sample
Next Steps
Repeat urine sample... Give MIDSTREAM CLEAN CATCH SAMPLE. if it still shows pus cells and microorganisms then give urine culture sample. And connect for medication

Since you have no symptoms it will be better if you get your urine examination repeated. Please discuss with the Duty Nurse about how to give a clear specimen of urine for examination.
