Normally mild urinary tract infection does not cause increase in creatinine. It means infection has some effect on kidneys. Detailed history will be required for proper treatment. Pls consult.

The report you've attached is normal but if you're saying the infection has been there for 3 months then this is a case of chronic UTI. You haven't attached a report of urine microscopy. This is merely a KFT. Consult at your convenience.
