Urinary Pain
I'm having severe itching and burning sensation while passing urine. It has also swollen down there. Please help urgently.

Since ur having these symptoms only while passing urine as u said ( likely uti it seems )
But per speculum examination should be done to rule out any vaginal infection nd treated accordingly

You are having UTI.
Go for CBC,urine routine and microscopic examination specially for fungus also, blood sugar both fasting and PP and urine culture.
Take plenty of fluids.
Start antibiotics and antifungal after culture report.
