Can i take uprise D tablet vitamin d with Water ?? Will it absorb ?? Pls suggest water or milk ? Or both ok ?

Yes, you can take the Uprise D tablet with water. It will still be absorbed, but vitamin D is fat-soluble, meaning it is better absorbed when taken with food that contains fat. Taking it with milk, which contains some fat, might improve absorption. Both water and milk are okay, but taking it with milk or a meal that has some fat can enhance the absorption of vitamin D.
