Hi. Unexpectedly I have lost 16 kgs, without diet or excercise in last 6-7 months. I was very overweight so I'm that way happy but also worried about the underlying health issues. So far I have not been diagnosed of diabetes or thyroid , although I had under active thyroid during pregnancy (2 years ago) Please suggest what to do.

Unexpected weight loss needs to be checked. You need to consult with a doctor to prescribe the tests . Not to panic you but its best to rule out any serious problems. Get CBC, LFT, KFT ETC.
