Uneven body and tight muscles
Hi, I have uneven body , I can't sit properly I'll be leaning towards in side and pains the shoulder and back at other side. I had an accident 8years ago I feel that's might causing the problem I cannot sleep freely I cannot twist my next freely I cannot move my body easily. My ribcage is not equal and shoulder not equal and left hand is not free as right hand. I need to lift my hand stretch it now and then. I'm attaching a screenshot for reference

It is clear from that your body is twisted to left, and you are right this has happened post injury as body started adapting to pain or trauma. These changes happen because of Myofascial tightness (layer of tissue which binds the muscles). As these fascial layers are quite sensitive they start forming new pattern. And you are feeling this discomfort in a particular pattern.

hi, check with orthopaedics or physiotherapist to assess and rule out any structural or postural spine deformity is there. the pictures attached shows only the front aspect. they can assess you in side and backward position and guide you what can be done.
