For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Greetings for the day!!    A calorie and protein rich diet is recommended to gain weight, that is to add muscle.    Include a healthy and balanced diet with more protein sources like pulses, legumes, quinoa, eggs, chicken, fish, nuts, dairy products regularly. If you are feeding the child, include more garlic, fenugreek, nuts in your diet. This will improve milk production too. Consult a nutritionist for a detailed menu plan that would provide guaranteed results. Thank you

You have to have extra 500 calories to the required intake. As breastfeeding burns 500 calories daily. Have a proper routine, include food which are denser and protein rich. Take proper rest and sleep when baby sleeps. Consult me on practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan
