My wife is underweight. She wants to put sone weight. Please suggest some doctor or other expert for the same. Regards

She need to gain 10 KGS that too muscle mass not fat. It will be for healthy life. No doctor consult dietitian with diet routine . write me on personal chat for counseling

Hi she should have energy dense carb rich foods. Like ghee on rice or roti, milkshakes, dates, nuts, dried fruits etc. Have small frequent meals. Drink lots of water. Eat good sources of protein like sprouts, eggs, curd etc. For detailed diet you can ping me for appointment.
