Hi, Thank you for your question. We need to understand the root cause of being underweight, which is accumulation of waste in the body, leading to poor assimilation of food from the gastro-intestinal system. To regain back healthy weight , you must remove unwanted foreign matter from your body. Hippocrates (Father of Modern Medicine) knew that the root cause of all diseases is in the gut. To know more about how to detox your body and reverse your disease, you may watch these videos on detoxification by a natural healing education platform called the The Satvic Movement: 1. Wrong Food is the Root Cause of All Diseases (The Satvic Movement)- https://youtu.be/xvfwrkpxlzk 2. Immunity Scorecard (The Satvic Movement)- https://youtu.be/plvarnmydwq 3. Detox your body in 3 steps (The Satvic Movement) - https://youtu.be/igmwl6y--hu For consultation, visit my Instagram handle @geneandyourfood.bymary or contact me directly via Practo.com to learn more about the root casue for your condition and how changing your food and lifestyle will help you reach your optimum weight. Remember that the real healer is within you - its your own Pran Shakti (the Vital Force within you as mentioned in Vedic Upanishad Texts). All you have to do is allow the Pran Shakti to do its work of healing your body. If you would like to learn on your own about the power of your Pran Shankti, you can additionally do these three steps : 1. Please attend the health transformation workshop by The Satvic Movement (www. satvicmovemnt.org) 2. You can also read the book Practical Nature Cure by K Lakshmana Sharma (available on Amazon.com) 3. Join my 14 day Health Course to learn about how to heal from chronic diseases without using medicines or supplements, but with plant-based nutrition and lifestyle based on yoga and naturopathy. Wish you good health, Dr Mary
