Hello ...my age is 22 and my weight is 33 .I have my proper diet including dal rice roti .I m a vegetarian . When i was18 i was affected by jaundice twice and typhoid thrice since after that i lost my body mass due to which i m having alot prob as anemia sometimes skin prob eyesight hairfall even tooth prob .i tried all those amway tablets and multivitamin i m not able to get a perfect body mass .Even i tried all those drink for increasing body weight .Yes i consume green tea but only 2cups and nothing else
