My kid is thin and under weight however she is active. Can you suggest supplement to gain weight and for increasing height. Top of the mind I can think of cod liver oil tablet or chavanprakash. Not sure my thought is suitable for kids. Can you please suggest/help. Thank you

Dear, general suggestion is that your kid is too much young to introduce supplement rather than that you should introduce different kind of foods for nutrition. Natural foods are free from any side effects and are healthy too. Cod liver oil tablet is not recommended without any detailed information but chyavanpraash you can give 1tsp-2 tsp but again the quantity also vary according to season. As chyavanprash is very strong and considered as hot food because of herbs and all so better to give it in winter season. Before suggesting or prescribing anything I need detailed information of her.
