My height is 5 9 and my weight is 53 kg. I loose weight very easily even if I don't eat properly for 3 4 days but it take me lot of time to gain weight. Currently I am underweight and looking forward to build a great personality

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
