Uncontrollable anger
I am a hot headed person. I have opinions about everything. My work provides a bit of relief from my anger zone..but once angry I mess with everything..all my relationships..if I don't vent it out ..things start building up in my head and it annoys me all the more..however i do realize it almost always why did it happened.. Why did i get angry..and then regression overpowers and i cry...what should I do??

See a clinical psychologist for anger management strategies. Alternatively, attend yoga classes and do meditation and introspection.
