I am unable to control my anger. i start screaming badly and hit myself or throw things whenever i am angry.it has become frequent. i don't know how to control my anger and manage it

Anger is due to the outburst of our inner emotions , which hurt us badly. Breakup , relationship problems , financial problems , adjustment problems etc many problems causes our intolerant.Then we lost our patience and through our emotions outside of our mind to get relief. Hello dear Anger could be stemming from some stressor that could be bothering you and the frustration could be dissipated in the form of anger. Also there could be low mood due to some issues could be leading to anger. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for in depth analysis of the symptoms for proper diagnosis and treatment.
