I HAVE A PROBLEM RELATING TO ANGER.....LIKE GETTING ANGRY FOR SMALL ISSUES... IM FACING IT EVERYDAY. SO PLS HELP ME IN GETTING PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM....

From my own experience I have realised that It's not that we are angry on small issues.
Thing is we are angry and hence it comes out on minimum provocation. You need to get more aware of ur anger, is it becoming a habit ? Or is it temporary in certain circumstances or situations or infront of few ppl ? It will give u a lot of insight
