Anger stemming from short-temperedness can be a cause of built in frustration, inability of emotional expression, thinking that others don’t understand what’s happening, control issues or indirect-unhealthy attention seeking. You can assess/observe what triggers his anger bouts and make notes; get him to do some meditation; remind him what damage his anger does when he’s in a good mood. Anger management can be done with a counsellor or hypnotherapist. You’re free to contact me and I’d be happy to help/guide.
Next Steps
Make notes of triggers. Visit hypnotherapist.
