Uncontrollable anger
After my post delivery, Iam undergoing series of mood swings, especially I have uncontrollable rage and outburst, I get this immense urge of breaking something. Iam turning out abusive verbally or feel like shouting on top of my voice to calm myself down when iam alone. It has gone to an extent now that I can't control my anger over my baby too, when she cries I get so angry and get this urge to break something off to calm down or get abusive, but been controlling. Help before it turns bad

In many cases women' tend to develop these symptoms. Take some sessions of counselling. You will overcome your problem.
