You should try not to sleep in day time. Don't use Mobile phone or TV at least one hour before the time at which you want to sleep. Do some walking after dinner, and after that you should go to bed. Don't have coffee or tea or cigarette or liquor before sleeping. Don't drink too much water before sleeping. Keep the lights in the room very dim. You may have soft music at low volume. Don't take heavy dinner with spicy food. If you need more help, please consult me on Practo with all your questions.
