I've Hypothyroidism....I am unable to loose even a single Kilogram of weight.
I have been exercising regularly for an year and I found that I suffer from thyroid 6 months ago.
Even after eating a healthy diet and avoiding any fast food I am unable to loose weight.
I exercise Daily for 3 hrs...including intense Cardio...aerobics....Strength training and body weight exercises.
Help me please

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
