Unable to Gain Weight
I am 47kg and 5'7. I am trying to gain weight. I find it difficult to gain weight. Most of the times I don't get hungry. I eat 4 meals a day, still I don't seem to gain any weight. I am being diagnosed for GERD, Currently. I am lactose intolerant. Please suggest something which I can do to put some weight and get rid of GERD as well.

Dietary management in GERD: short frequent meals, avoid raw fibres, heavy , fried or spicy meals Don't take water along with meals Avoid bending forward or lying down right after meals
