I'm not able to put on weight .I stucked at 60kg I used to go gym daily n currently studying on fitness science as I recently started I don't have much knowledge about diet . According to my height ratios I look skinny with 60 kg weight .

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

You can follow the following tips for weight loss which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to take a personalized plan.
1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain.
2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone.
4) Eat small & frequent meals.
5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner.
6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat.
