Unable to conceive
Hi Dr, Me and mine wife are trying for baby from last 2 years . We are married of 5 years now. My age is 35 and Wife age is 34. My wife BMI is 41 and Mine BMI is 29 I am prediabetic. My wife does not have any issues as such expect uteria which gets trigger once in 6 month We are consulting local gynco and tried all treatment but there is no results. My wife tube tests are normal but AMH testing is low 0.92. Only WBC was there in seman My sperm count tests is normal which I did once year ago We have started gym to reduce wait. We are really frustrated and exausted now.. Really dnt sure what to do? Can we not have Baby normally? I can not bear cost of IVF… Please guide us more test which need to do...

Her BMI is 41. That is a very significant finding. Her fat deposition is very high. The Oestrogens have a tendency to get deposited in the fat tissue and are not available to act on target organs. Her AMH is also low. At her age and with these findings it will be better if you bid for IVF.

With this low an  AMH you need to proceed with IVF

IVF is the option left. Before female's age increases more and AMH reduces more.... better to try IVF . As age increases, the outcome with IVF reduces.

BMI 41?? It is very very high AMH is very low. With this AMH levels chances of pregnancy are very less. You can go for ovulation induction or IUI if you can't bear the cost of IVF. Otherwise IVF is the only option left for such low amh count
