My father frequently get ulcers in mouth. And that time he takes bcomplex tablets. And now a days he is getting little bit memory loss ie he is forgetting. What is the reason and should we consult which doctor

Recurrent ulcers may occur due to various reasons. Ill fitting dentures, sharp tooth edges causing injury, sharp edges of caps/crowns on teeth, improper oral hygiene, side effect of any drug. Sometimes cause maybe systemic(associated with any other illness). You may visit a dentist for proper identification of cause and treatment. Meanwhile gentle application of Rexidine M gel will give him symptomatic releif.
