Ulcers and fever
Ulcers since 5 days in floor of the mouth,soft  palate and labial mucosa , fever 102 since 4 days . What could be the probable cause ?

You should visit a physician and perhaps get a blood check done. For ulcer start with dologel ct gel. Avoid hot spicy food. Have citrus foods Drink plenty of water.

Apply CNBC dental gel or dologel CT, 6-7 times/day. 5 mins and rinse. Betadine gargle, once after food. Soft diet T. Parasafe 650, maximum 4 times a day.
Next Steps
avoid hot, spicy, hard food.
