Please check if the ulcers come at particular times when you are under more stress or low on immunity. Start taking a multivitamin, vitamin B and Vitamin C. These can be alternated so that you take 1 a day. Whatever you use on the ulcer will only help keep any secondary infection at bay. It will take its own time to heal. Keep it as clean as you can without irritating it further
Next Steps
Check if you have any vitamin deficiencies, high blood sugar
Health Tips
Do not use too much medication on it. warm saline mouth rinses and regular iral hygiene measures like brushing flossing and rinsing after meals

Hello, Major aphthous ulcers last from days to weeks, it might take more days to heal, so you need to continue with local application of gel and taking multivitamins.
Health Tips
Apply the gel before having food, so that you can comfortably have your food.
