A Non Healing ulcer is a sign of malignancy. please do not ignore it and visit an Oral surgeon immediately.
if you have history of tobacco chewing/ smoking / alcohol it has high chances of being a malignant lesion.
any sharp teeth causing irritation in that area could also be a reason for ulcer formation. please visit an Oral Surgeon immediately.
