Ulcer in mouth, white spots and blood cl
Im in combat sports.while sparring (wrestling) my mouth gum got pressed between my teeth which left a white scar or a wound which pains a lot when i stretch my mouth or eat. The next day another hit on my upper lip caused bleeding and a huge blood clot in my mouth lower frenulum. Just wanted to know if this is serious

Hi... Do warm saline rinses.. Thrice... Apply dologel if it pains during eating... It should heal in 3-4days
