Twins with one twin IUFD
I'm primigravida with DCDA twins. Lost One of the twins at 6months ...it's IUFD...now Doctor suggested for weekly Doppler AFI...how long do you think i can push delivery?
I have attached the recent growth scan.
Please suggest how can I improve my baby's growth.

Things are not very bad for the living baby. The dead foetus can't affect this baby because this is DCDA twins.
You take usual treatment for growth retardation. I am hopeful that this baby will grow to its full potential.

It's bad to have an IUD at 6 months in twin pregnancy as it can affect the other baby too.
It's unpredictable that for how long you can push your delivery. Keep monitoring the other baby, it's very high risk for the other baby.
