My belly is almost like i am pregnant. Gained tons of wieght within a month. I mean i am gaining tons of wieght on all my body. To be honest my butt part is over sized and my arm pit fat is too much. My tigh has got loads of fat. I want to tighter them up and want tigh gaps. My upper body part is unexpectidetely gping big with fats all over.

Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better , in medical terms BMI more than 30 is called obesity , shedding weight to become zero size may harm health.Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat .
