Control my weight & excess belly fat
I want to control my belly fat it looks very odd,it looks as i am pregnant ,i tried workout but it did'nt work for me. Please ensure my diet plan which help me to control excess fat from belly.

Kindly  share  details of your    ht ,your present  food  pattern  and what workout you were into, weight gain specially around the abdomen could due to ,in.case you have delivered  baby and post delivery   abdominal   muscles would not have been toned .due to the absence  of appropriate  muscle  toning activity or due to certain  health style habits such as binge eating  eating  toomuch processed  foods or white sugar based foods and hormonal imbalances  or hitting bed immediately  after dinner  or malnutrition  where the calories  from carbohydrates are higher  than from protein  and fiber. Include more fiber in your diet by adding  variety  of vegetables , greens ,lentils  fruits, seeds and nuts along with   from whole pulses  ,eggs, lean meat ,peas sprouts etc with appropriate  activity  for a personalized diet plan  connect  through practo online  .
