Tummy fat and armpit fat
I have been through pregnancy and now my son is 1 yr old. Rest of my body is of normal fat but my tummy is very big as of a 6 months pregnant woman. I take a brisk walk as exercise but that's not helping me to reduce. I can't diet coz I still breast feed my son.please help

Yes , I understand your concern . try to be patient as this will take a dedicated effort. you will have to exercise as well as monitor your diet and you will need guidance to start before you get into the mode of accepting it . you still breastfeed is an advantage as this will help contract your uterus to its pre-pregnancy size so continue.
