Tsh value 9.45 in third trimester
Hi .. I have hypothyroidism and have been taking medication since last 7-8 years.. currently in third trimester of pregnancy (34 weeks) .. during start of 7th month my tsh was 0.010 and now start of 9th month it increased to 9.45.. taking 100mg thyronorm.. will it affect my baby's brain development or affect pregnancy in any way? Please help..

Yes Tsh shud be maintained less than 3 in the third trimester Dose of thyronorm  needs to be adjusted

Most of the brain development  happens  during first trimester.if ur levels were normal during that time no problem. Did u stop thyronorm? If u have stopped it, it might harm your baby. But it is difficult to predict like this. Connect for prescription or see ur obstetrician soon.
