Sir You have hypothyroid, that means your thyroid functioning is not optimal, it's low Taking a synthetic thyroid hormone is not a good fix in long run bcz your thyroid is not working optimally for a reason. If the TSH is slightly higher than the normal with normal t3 and t4 , it's subclinical hypothyroidism.You need treatment if you are symptomatic or your TSH is more than 10.

Need more info like FT3/FT4 levels, any symptoms ?also u could be having sub clinical hypothyroidism u might not need any medication unless u are having symptoms
