Tsh - 0.2 anti tpo >600
Hi I am 14 weeks pregnant and my antenatal scan is done - everything is normal . But recently I got my thyroid report ( FT3 - 3.15 , FT4- 1.05 , TSH - 0.269 , Anti tpo >600) I am getting this headache also very frequently from last 2-3 weeks . I had morning sickness in the first trimester now it has reduced but still there . Should I be worried about my result ?

Are you on medicine for thyroid? If yes, the does needs to be altered. If no, you need further evaluation for hyperthyroidism. Tpo means antibodies to enzyme. Please connect with your gynec and endocrinologist.

Headache could be due to dehydration from vomitings also. But visit a Gyne and get bp checked. Also, your tsh is borderline low but you need to see endocrinologist for anti tpo antibodies as this is associated with increased risk of pregnancy loss.
