5 weeks pregnancy TSH 4.29, Anti TPO 318
My wife is 5 weeks pregnant. Before planning for baby thyroid test not done by doc. Conceived after taking letrozole during LMP. Now in thyroid test we found TSH 4.29 and Anti TPO Ab 318.1. Now doc has advised to take thyronorm 25mcg immediately. Whether the baby would have been affected? This is our first baby, we are worried about it's brain development and growth. Kindly advise
