Trying to conceive
Me and my wife are trying to conceive for four months. I am not able to do perfect ejaculation inside vagina. When we try, I first masturbate with my hand, then ejaculates insides vagina. Sometimes some semen goes inside and some oozes out. Can you please suggest is the method not correct or what we can do to conceive fast. I usually applies lube to penis for penetration.

Care AI Shimmer
Avoid use of lubricants. It is common for some discharge to come out. However, sperm are very motile and can reach the tubes within minutes of ejaculation.
Next Steps
Have regular contact every 2-3 days and avoid stress. If no conception after trying for 12 months, seek advise from a gynaecologist

Masturbating first reduces semen entry. Semen leakage after intercourse is normal. Avoid regular lubricants as many affect sperm. Continue regular intercourse, especially around ovulation.
Next Steps
If difficulty persists or no pregnancy in 10–12 months, consult a fertility specialist.
