I am trying to conceive and ovulated as per ovulation strip few days back. Since then I have been having some bloating and gas for which I took a pinch of hing ( asafoetida) water after meals for past 3 days. Today I read having hing is unsafe for baby and can prevent implantation. Is that true?

Hing or asafoetida is part of day to day Indian food. If it was inhibiting implantation then many women will be experiencing infertility. Stop stressing too much. Instead focus on adequate contact and make use of the ovulation window period
