Trying to conceive
I am trying this conceive since last 3 months, but still unable to succeed till now. Prior to that considering I had pregnant naturally 4 months back (but aborted due to some personal reason), which all things I should take priority to check? Ovulation induction? IUI? Tube check? I believe as I had successful conceived naturally 4 months back, so tube issue is almost negligible. Please put your thoughts on this to check things on priority in order to get conceive.

You conceived 4 months ago. So Tube issue is negligible. The ovulation issue is also negligible. Husband's semen issue is also negligible. So the best thing is to do an ovulation test (during the period of ovulation) at home and have sex during that phase at least once in 24 hours.

Since you are more than 30 years of age And you have tried conception for last 3 months You need detailed investigations Definitely tubal patency  check As there are chances of the tube getting blocked following the last abortion
