Trying to conceive
Hello
I got spotting on 25th night and on next day I got normal flow period. Should I consider 25th as my day1 or 26th as day1. Trying to conceive since 4 months but didn't succeed. My AMH level is 1.70, LH is 4.69, FSH is 7.59 on 3rd day of my period. My period cycle length is 25-28 days.
Also.I would like to know which lubricant I can use like coconut oil or saliva.
