Triphala while trying to get pregnant
My dietician prescribed me to have triphala to accelerate weight loss once at night . I'm still overweight and trying to conceive . Can I have triphala once in a day ? Or completely avoid ?

Hi Please share what is your height and weight. Second trifla is good for digestive system but it will not loose weight.if you want conceive and loose weight then consult here .because we need proper history.

Better not to take if you are trying to get conceived,or else you can loose some weight in 3 months ,then plan for pregnancy Consult for more discussion
